Identified - There is an upstream issue (fiber cuts + maintenance) with the provider for Horikita which is currently resulting in a loss of IPv6 connectivity and intermittent IPv4 connectivity. Since this server is not serving production, we're just leaving this as a degraded incident for now and will continue to monitor.

Investigating -
We are now investigating a separate issue with the same provider that is impacting Bettel’s IPv6 connectivity. As our primary MX is working, this is not impacting mail flow.

Things appear to have stabilized, so we have shifted traffic back to Chicago. We will continue to monitor for any disruption.

Connectivity appears to be returning in Chicago, but we are continuing to route the on-prem environment through Kansas City until we can confirm stability.

We’re seeing a loss of connectivity to Sakayanagi and connected IXs in Chicago. Traffic has failed over to Kansas City. We are investigating.
