Monitoring - An issue with one of our upstream providers seems to have affected OOB management, but did not seem to affect sessions in Kansas City. We have restored typical routing and are continuing to monitor for any further problems.

Investigating - We are investigating a loss of connectivity to Karuizawa through out of band management channels. It appears that sessions remain up in Kansas City, but as a precaution we will be rerouting on-prem traffic via Chicago only until we receive further information.

Scheduled - We will be conducting regularly scheduled server updates at this time. Non-Anycast CDN services and ZephyrGuard tunnels will have a brief downtime for service restarts. Petalpost mail clients will experience a brief downtime as we restart services on our primary mail host, however our secondary mail hosts will receive any inbound mail during this time.

We are scheduling some additional time for this maintenance to perform some cabling work at our on-premises site.
