Update
After further investigation, we discovered that the routes we were seeing were actually those from our other transit provider, but due to a configuration error, the routes were unreachable from our router. We have resolved the configuration error and on-prem services are back online. We're monitoring the migration of our DE-CIX port and will advise once it appears complete.

Update
Our port is being migrated as we speak. Unfortunately, while our other transit session in Chicago is working as expected, our router appears to be holding onto the dead sessions' routes, even though it knows they are down. We're investigating why this is.

We have been notified by DE-CIX that they are planning to migrate customer connections to a new switch. Our connection is included in this and will result in a loss of connectivity to peers during this time. We do not expect any service impact, although less optimal routing will occur.
