Update

We are unexpectedly receiving some trouble attempting to apply firmware updates to our on-prem router. We will need to reboot the device before attempting to apply updates again. This may result in a little bit longer downtime for the on-prem environment than expected.

We will be conducting regularly scheduled infrastructure updates at this time. Non-Anycast CDN services as well as ZephyrGuard tunnels will have a brief downtime for service restarts. Petalpost mail clients will experience a brief downtime as we restart services on our primary mail host, however our secondary mail hosts will receive any inbound mail during this time.

Updates to our virtualization infrastructure are included in this round of updates, which will result in a slightly longer period of inaccessibility for services hosted inside our on-premise environment.
